INVESTIGATION has begun after a Rikers Island inmate in solitary confinement was caught on camera receiving 0ral $ex from a female visitor. A VIDEO shows the inmate and the female visitor engaging in an 0ral $ex in a visit that was supposed to be a supervised visit. gathered that this embarrassing incident has now caused the Department of Corrections at Rikers Island to launch an investigation.

According to PIX 11, the inmate at the George Motchan Detention Center complex at Rikers island, whose name has not been reported, was granted request to see a visitor earlier in June.

The prisoner, who is serving time for an armed robbery charge is a known member of the Bloods Gang. While at Rikers he was placed in punitive segregation, or solitary confinement.

In the VIDEO which was sent to PIX 11, the inmate was seen taken to a private room for his visit, where he was later joined by a female visitor, with no corrections officer in sight.

As seen in the VIDEO, after a few seconds, the inmate began to touch the female intimately, and eventually put his hands into her pants. The visitor then gets down to her knees to perform 0ral $ex on the inmate. gathered that while the act lasted, there was no appearances by a Department of Correction employee, who was supposed to be sitting in on the visit. In fact, according to department policy, the only physical contact that is allowed to take place is a short embrace or kiss at the beginning and end of each visit.

According to Elias Husamudeen, the President of the Correction Officer Benevolent Association: “The department has now said the matter is under investigation. The CO is on the floor. He is not only responsible for the inmate in punitive segregation who get s a visit, but he is also responsible for 50 other inmates.”

Husamudeen also defended the officer who walked away from the visit in question, saying the officers are too short staffed.

While admitting that these instances can cause illegal contraband, such as weapons or cellphones, to enter the prison, he said that this visitor would likely be banned for life. In fact, she was banned from Rikers Island and other New York prisons for 365 days.
