4 Teenagers Kidnap And Gang-R@pe 13-Year-Old Girl To Coma In Lagos

An unnamed 13-year-old girl has been rushed to a hospital after she was gang-r@ped by four teenagers ages between 16 and 18 years who kidnapped her and forcefully engaged her into $ex romp in Lagos state.

The victim fainted during the romp while the suspects abandoned her and fled before the residents rescued her and took her to an undisclosed hospital where she was revived. The incident happened at Agbole compound in Egan, Igando in the outskirts of Lagos.

It was gathered that the victim lived in the same area where the suspects reside and have been resisting their passes on her overtime.

According to the residents, the suspects then planned and laid ambush and abducted her to a place where they threatened her, forcefully remove her p@nt and br@ and r@ped her in turns till she could not bear the pressure, and became weak and fainted. The suspects then fled the scene when she fainted.

It was gathered that the matter was reported to the police at Igando Division who moved into action and arrested one of the suspects, while others are said to be at large.

The arrested suspect, 17-year-old Godspower Aderugbe, has since been charged before an Ogba Magistrates court with the alleged conspiracy and gang-r@pe by forceful penetration of the victim one after another. He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs Abegunde Davis granted him bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in the like sum, and ordered that he should be remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.

The court also directed the prosecutor, Inspector Danny Raphael, to duplicate his file and send it to the Department of Public Prosecution (DPP) for advice.
